"REAL, FRESH WASABI. Almost no Sushi spot in the US has real Wasabi because the shelf life is minutes after grating. They also have fresh, locally sourced Uni, which is also incredibly rare. Best Sushi spot in the area. Other places charge double or more, and don't have as good of a selection or knowledgeable staff. Chef Ken was extremely hospitable and made wonderful selections for the Omakase. I went 4 different times during my stay in the area."

"Escorted tonight and sat right away at busy sushi bar. Ate fresh quality sushi/sashimi while talking with socialable locals about life and sushi. Friendly attentive service and sushi chefs... House hot sake enhanced enjoyment and flavor of hamachi belly that melted in your mouth, unagi, ama ebi and tasty tuna/avacado/salmon skin handroll (my desert). Kinza has an incredible variety of fish including belly and other delicacies. I will return on my journeys between Washington and Arizona and when visiting family and friends in California."

"My daughter and I are on a road trip, and we discovered this little gem of a restaurant next to the hotel we were staying at. We were greeted by very sweet and gracious ladies. It was busy, but we were seated rather quickly. One of the waitresses came in and made small talk while she took our order, and we became aware that she spoke Thai and I was from Thailand. She made us feel super welcomed and extended a hospitality that was above what I expected at any restaurant. The sushi rolls were excellent, so much so that we even came back the next night for dinner. Our favorite sushi is the Cucumber Wrap, so refreshing and delicious! My daughter commented that this is her favorite sushi restaurant, and we eat a lot of sushi in the Bay Area. On our next trip back to SoCal, we are definitely coming back again."

"The sushi was really good.. the shiny was pretty good as well, our favorite though was the Happy Roll.. just go and try it!! We were not very happy with the service thus the 4 stars.. the place was pretty busy yes.. but it took a quite some time to get our orders, more time to bring the food.. and even more for the bills. We also had to explain three times that we needed to pay the alcohol separately, since we have to expense the food at work without the beers. Long story short, if you are patient and you have time to spare, by all means, yes go try the food!!"

"The food we ordered was nothing to rave about. My Udon soup had no flavor until I added a bit of soy sauce. The Ele roll was well i couldn't taste any of the Ele in the sushi roll"

"Ended up trying this place based off Yelp reviews. We wanted to eat sushi based off the request of the birthday girl We came straight after an entire day at Six Flags Magic Mountain so we were tired and hungry! It's a popular place so make a reservation or be prepared to wait a little. We were a party of 4 and waited about 20 minutes for a table. We were seated upstairs and be ready to be super indecisive about what to order. The menu is a HUGE list of sushi rolls which is definitely my kind of place! And if you don't know what to get but know what you do want in a roll, they will make it for you! I didn't go with this option and chose their sushi dinner, Nik n Tara roll, and heart attack app. The sushi was fresh and I only needed to chew the rice. My roll was yummy but the heart attack app (its a jalapeno popper) was too spicy bc they don't gut out the seeds. You need to with jalapenos or expect to be sweating the heat. My daughter , the bday girl, seemed to enjoy her rolls (dragon roll and Nemo roll) and she even got a complimentary banana tempura with ice cream dessert for her bday. I loved that. My bff ordered 5 rolls for her and her 12 year old son to share. Nothing was left from her side lol. She thought the Sexy Lady was too spicy for her but I thought it wasn't that spicy. Our server was great and was friendly and silly. The only con is it's a busy place in a small space. They should definitely expand. Seems like a lot of people love it here."

"This is one of the best Japanese restaurants I have experienced. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the food is delicious and the laid back atmosphere inside or the shaded patio on the outside makes Kinza a place for every occasion. This time we celebrated a birthday and it was a great choice"
